Still comparing to the USA, logistics costs in relation to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of each country are almost double in Brazil. According to data from ILOS (a company specializing in logistics and supply chain), in 2022 the country spent 16,1% of its GDP on logistics, which includes transportation, inventory, storage and administrative costs, while the USA spent 9,1% in the same period.
