Internship Program

   
I was an intern at ILOS in 2018 and it was there that I fell in love with consulting and, more specifically, with ILOS. In just a few months, I worked on several projects, had an extraordinary learning experience, was embraced by the team and was able to see the impact of my activities on clients' operations. The combination of these factors, which are part of the company's culture, is what makes the ILOS internship program so unique.

   
My experience as an intern was and continues to be a great opportunity for growth in my life and professional career. The work environment is very friendly, with people who are truly willing to help and grow together as a team. In addition, I can say that it is a great way to get closer to the logistics area, which presents us with very interesting challenges every day. In short, this internship experience at ILOS was one of the most important for me professionally in several aspects, some of which were tool, behavioral and technical development.

   
Interning at this company has been an incredible experience, I have learned a lot and the team is extremely welcoming. The environment is motivating, with professionals who truly encourage and support our development. This experience not only enriches my knowledge, but also contributes to my professional and personal development in a significant way. 

   
I started my internship at ILOS more than three months ago and I learned much more than I expected. At every moment you have the opportunity to evolve and everyone is very willing to help. Since the training I realized that the internship at ILOS would be much more than I expected.

During my 2 years as an intern at ILOS, I had the opportunity to participate in the execution of projects on different topics for renowned companies in the market. In addition, I had the chance to develop internal processes and tools that helped me improve my programming skills.

This experience not only challenged me, but also allowed me to grow professionally in ways I never expected. I came to ILOS with only a superficial knowledge of logistics and scheduling, and seeing my growth over time was extremely rewarding. ILOS has a culture of collaboration and learning that made all the difference in my journey as an intern.

My first and only internship was at ILOS, surrounded by all the insecurity that comes with the job market. However, right from the start I noticed a very welcoming environment from everyone, regardless of the position. Being in the office in person made all the difference for me! ILOS provided me with both technical and professional development in the little over 1 year that I was an intern, a period that was essential for my permanent position at the end of the program! Today I am very fulfilled to be part of this incredible team!
