ILOS works to empower professionals to overcome challenges in logistics and supply chain
Open courses
Developed by leading Brazilian experts based on the solutions found in their consulting work, the courses combine theoretical knowledge with practice.
There are several formats – Online/Live, In-person, Hybrid – to meet the different needs of the market. The courses are taught by ILOS partners, consultants and teachers or highly qualified partners
ILOS Executive Education
In-person courses lasting 16 hours divided into two days, immersive and intensive, held in hotels in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The format of the event is ideal for high-level networking with other participants, as it includes coffee breaks and lunches on both days. In addition to lectures, the ILOS methodology uses games, case studies and practical examples.
Extension ILOS Cycle
Online/live courses lasting 12:30 hours divided into 5 weekly meetings. The format allows for agility and a more affordable cost for team training without the need for travel.
ILOS Cycle Introduction
Online/live courses lasting 12 hours divided into 6 evening meetings, twice a week. This series of courses was developed for professionals without structured training in logistics and supply chain and for teams who work in specific departments and who need to understand the interrelationship between the different areas. These introductory courses are ideal for those who want to start in the world of logistics and supply chain.

In Company Programs
For team training and solving specific training gaps, ILOS in-company programs are developed for each company, according to the needs presented.
Business Games
In a ludic and fun format, learning through games is much appreciated by teams and highly efficient as a training tool.

Lectures
Lectures are tailored to each client's needs and delivered by ILOS experts on the chosen topic. ILOS develops a wide range of lecture formats, such as workshops, overviews, and more, to ensure the success of your event.
Training Plan
Building a Training Plan is the best way for companies to decide which training should be prioritized. In it, the skills required for each role are assessed and the team's shortcomings are analysed, in order to define the courses to be offered.
