Prejudice against courses taught over the Internet is becoming a thing of the past. The largest universities in the world already offer online courses, many of them with advantages and qualities that surpass what would be possible in face-to-face courses. The education revolution is happening all over the world, with paradigm shifts that are hard to imagine that would become reality. An example of this was the recent opening in the United States of first university without professors, in Silicon Valley, replicating an idea already implemented in Paris in 2013. Many discussions and doubts are raised whenever something new is finally put into practice, and time will bring the answer about which changes will really be lasting.
In Brazil, especially in the field of Logistics, we have noticed that professionals working in this segment have improved their perception of online courses. A survey carried out by ILOS shows that, in 2016, 40% of professionals in the field had already taken courses on the web. In 2014, that number was just 28%, and it has been growing ever since.

In 2016, we also recorded that 5% of professionals believed that some online courses were even better than face-to-face courses. Which, in my opinion, is true.
Of course, there are mediocre courses that simply try to replicate the experience and methodology of face-to-face classes on the web, posting very long videos and exercises that are not very interactive. Avoid these courses.

For those who have never had the opportunity to take a good course on the Internet, it is worth trying and getting to know this new world, which has already become a reality.
