A Logistics Operator operating in the national market sought to understand opportunities for expanding its fractional transportation (LTL) operations in Brazil. Some relevant data was requested, such as potential LTL volume in each sector, average customer drop size, logistical needs for e-commerce, valued services and technologies, among others.
More than 50 interviews were carried out with industrial companies (current customers and possible future customers) in the sectors of interest to the Logistics Operator.
