“It cannot be said that [the shortage] will not happen, because there is a lot of instability. I understand that the world behaves in a way that tries to minimize the risk of not having diesel. If it happens, it's like a paralysis of transport and other sectors that use diesel. It's a risk we try to believe isn't that high. However, the minimization of this is not in the hands of the operators”, she says.
