Interplanning Game

The challenge:

Each team takes on the management of a company and competes with others in the same markets with the same product. As directors of the company, each team must make supply, production, distribution and marketing decisions, seeking to differentiate itself from the others and maximize its profit through excellent operational performance and strategic alignment.

In addition, competitors' actions have an impact on the team's results: a service failure by one company is an opportunity for growth for others. The actions and positioning of competitors, therefore, must be considered when making a decision, which stimulates competition and makes the dynamics closer to market reality.

The Interplanning Game has two application formats: Face-to-face and Online.

The duration of the game is adjusted according to the customer's needs and availability, which can take from 1 day to months.

Online

flexible duration

Participants can access the game environment from anywhere, at any time, as long as they have an internet connection! Each team has access to an exclusive environment, where they make their decisions and analyze their results at each round!

In this format, the Game Applicator can be a senior professional from the company with market and business experience. In these cases, exclusive support materials are made available to the Applicator, such as manuals and videos with ILOS specialists, in addition to charts and reports to monitor the performance of the teams.

In Person

1 day duration

The dynamic is conducted by an ILOS professional with extensive market experience and mastery of the subject. As the game develops, several parallels are made between the game's challenges and the reality of the company and the market.

Participants are encouraged to exchange experiences and perceptions, supporting team integration and awareness.

The game's interface was developed by ILOS in an Excel® spreadsheet, without the need for prior software installation! At the end of the dynamic, the strategies adopted and the results achieved are analyzed with the support of interactive graphics.
