Despite the optimistic and promising scenario, Logistics Operators still encounter some difficulties when hiring new employees. Among the main challenges mentioned by companies are attracting talent, qualified professionals, technical and behavioral training, location, overvaluation of salaries in some sectors and low public participation in diversity groups. The lack of qualified employees was also highlighted in the OL profile survey, developed in partnership with the ILOS Logistics Institute. At the time, 45% of those interviewed said that they almost always encounter obstacles when hiring specialized labor.
