The Workshop schedule includes current and relevant topics for the logistics and Supply Chain segment, such as Synchromodality through Collaboration, Finance in Supply Chain Management and S&OP for beginners and advanced, in addition to Calculation of the Cost of Serving and Profitability in Consumer goods. Participants will also be able to learn about the latest in Online Training and experience the Novo Jogo da Cerveja, a business game about the importance of integrating the supply chain to reduce costs and improve the level of service. The dynamic, created by MIT, was adapted for smartphones exclusively by ILOS.
Registration for the Workshops will take place at the registration desk of the event, after the first coffee break of each day.
